radica la formaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica cient\u00edfica del Ingeniero. Estas ciencias suministran las herramientas conceptuales que explican los fen\u00f3menos f\u00edsicos que rodean el entorno. Este campo es fundamental para interpretar el mundo y la naturaleza, facilitar la realizaci\u00f3n de modelos abstractos te\u00f3ricos que le permitan la utilizaci\u00f3n de estos fen\u00f3menos en la tecnolog\u00eda puesta al servicio de la humanidad. Este campo de formaci\u00f3n incluye la matem\u00e1tica, la f\u00edsica, la qu\u00edmica y la biolog\u00eda.
